"I Muvrini" (The Mouflons), formed by the Bernardini brothers, come from a small village village, Tagliu-Isulaccia, in northern Corsica. They present the music of their native island, rich and rough, embellished by fine voices or by the cetera, an ancient plucked instrument with sixteen strings.

In this programme they use keyboards and drums, bagpipe and hurdy-gurdy to proclaim the universality of their strong roots and eloquent message. A generous performance, taking us to visit musical landscapes in a haven that is unsubdued, peaceful and proud.
